Revered real estate guru Mwenda Thuranira has inspired millions of Kenyans after sharing a bit about his dream coming true.
Mwenda, who is the CEO at MySpace Properties reminisced how he once dreamt of owning a beach plot at the Kenyan Coast.
The business cum politician revealed that he would promise himself that he will one day own a beach house whenever his mother took him to Mombasa during school holidays.
A focused Mwenda Thuranira did not let his dream die as he went forth to get into the real estate industry after his return from the U.S, where he had gone to learn more about the craft.
While in Kenya, Mwenda, through his company MySpace Properties managed to grab himself a magnificent beach house at the Coast, an achievement he owes to God and hard work.
“I used to come to Mombasa with my family and while at Mama Ngina drive, I would point a t some houses next to the shores of the Indian Ocean saying one day I will own a house facing the beach. I remember my childhood days visiting the Kenyan coast with my parents. After viewing houses at the beach front, I exclaimed that I would own one like those one day.” Mwenda wrote on his Facebook page.
Since he was trading in real estate, Mwenda Thuranira also used his company MySpace to help other Kenyans, specifically those living at the Kenyan Coast to also acquire their own beach houses.
“This dream has come true but I have taken a step even further in assisting other people with similar dreams make their dreams come true. I got into real estate, back in the day, in Texas, USA where I was studying to become a pilot. I saw an opportunity and decided to give it a try. However, in 2008, there was a financial crisis in the US, and the real estate business went down prompting many individuals to quit. I came back to Kenya to start a company. I first settled for #Mombasa.” Mwenda Thuranira added.

The real estate expert has not only helped in increasing the number of beach house owners in the Kenya but also injected precise expertise that has seen a swell in real estate development in the country.
